Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Sourcing screening and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Salary negotiation and Offer generation and onboarding of candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 2+ yrs as an IT Recruiter.
- Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment
- Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, social media, referrals etc.
- Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement
- Good communications and experience on contract and permanent staffing
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Should have good communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
