Base Location                          :  Mumbai (Must be willing to travel to customer locations)

� Experience in SAP HCM module
� Worked in Payroll India
The creation and use of all essential wage types required for accurate gross and net payroll results.
Precise tax related processing for local entities.
Management of all payments and deductions including processes.
Local and legal requirements like Tax, ESI,PF and LWF,PTAX, GST.
ESS, MSS, Personnel management, Time management, Integration into payroll.
Administration of running payroll including the running of payroll reports and forms.
Distribution of pay to employees through various forms: Direct Deposit bank transfer, payroll checks, country specific transfers.
Integration to FI/CO and Third Party remittance.
Automated Month End Accruals functionality.
Understanding and ability to support Data conversion of all relevant payroll information

� Experience in OM, PA, TM (+ve & -ve), Benefits, Claims & loans
� Experience in SAP interfaces & workflows, LSMW
� Experience in SAP ESS / MSS portal, EP
� Knowledge in SAP Security roles
� Excellent communication and good client facing skills preferred
� Knowledge in SAP Success factors Employee Central
� Significant experience in data mapping to EC
� Knowledge in SAP to Kronos integrations
