The current position is a Senior Corporate Sales/BD Manager role within the IVLs sales team, responsible for executing sales and business development strategies for target
companies within the Central India region.
(Mumbai & Pune) 
You will play a key
role in New Logo Acquisition as well as Account
Mining, responsible for acquiring new clients and growing business
with acquired / existing clients of IVL. The positions primary responsibility
is to achieve new sales results for IVL SAP
certified Add-on products, Application management services, consulting services
and also Digital products & services (non-SAP). You will work closely with
pre-Sales & Product team for business development activities. 
You will be involved in
value & consultative selling and also giving demo of the products to the
CXO levels.
Key Responsibilities
 
 - Handle lead generation, prospecting
     and other business development activities to build an optimal sales pipeline for product and
     services/consulting/staffing business.
 
 - Executing sales strategy
     for the region.
 
 - Develop strong, long-term relationships
     and referrals with senior management at targeted firms.
 
 - Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including
     initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response,
     multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing.
 
 - Achieve monthly, quarterly and
     annual sales targets and execute business development
     strategies for the region / specific vertical.
 
 - Work in close collaboration with IVLs
     delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet
     customers’ business and technology needs. 
 
 - Grow business with acquired and named
     existing clients to expand service foot print and annual revenue.
 
 - Provide support to customers during
     initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client
     satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship and receivables.
 
 - Demonstrate strong personal
     communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility
     and trust.
