?The current position is a Senior Corporate Sales/BD Manager role within the IVL’s sales team, responsible for executing sales and business development strategies for target companies within the Southern & Central India region.
You will play a key role in New Logo Acquisition as well as Account Mining, responsible for acquiring new clients and growing business with acquired/existing clients of IVL. The position’s primary responsibility is to achieve new sales results for IVL’s Digital services division of the Digital, Cloud, and Applications space. You will work closely with Sales Director to develop sales strategy and business development activities that will lead to revenue-producing relationships with decision-making executives at targeted firms, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution.
Key responsibilities:
· Handle lead generation, prospecting, and other business development activities to build an optimal sales pipeline. The concentration is more on product selling rather than services/consulting/staffing business
· Executing sales strategy for the region
· Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms
· Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation, and deal signing
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and execute business development strategies for the region / specific vertical ( Target is 4 crores)
· Work in close collaboration with IVL’s delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs
· Grow business with acquired and named existing clients to expand service footprint and annual revenue
· Provide support to customers during the initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship
· Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Focused on sales of SAP ready solutions offerings of the company to the Indian market.
· Assess the market segment to be targeted for each product and develop and execute marketing activities via cold calling, mass emailing, social media marketing techniques, case studies.
· Lead generation and account management to achieve monthly targets.
· Focus on the sales of flagship products like Master data Management Solution, Vendor portal, Invoice verification Solution, etc.
· Conduct demos to prospective clients via online meeting tools & follow-ups through emails and calls.
· Gather requirements from clients to finalize the customizations required on products.
· Act as an Account Manager to key accounts monitoring closely the relationship and overall interactions with the company including project management and tracking of account receivables
