Job Description

We are currently in need of an SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant who is available to join

immediately. This role requires expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related

modules. The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and

supporting SAP SF EC in GCC countries, along with a strong understanding of HR processes.

 

What is expected:

 

  • Minimum of 5+ years application consulting experience in SF- Employee Central as a Primary Module with all the Standard Functionalities
  • Good experience & knowledge on multiple SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central, Payroll and/or LMS module
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  • In depth working knowledge on RBP's.
  • Working experience in GCC
  • At least (4-5) end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors / SAP HCM
  • Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate)
  • Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes
  • Good Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solution (preferable)
  • Understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)
  • SF Integration knowledge would be a plus
  • Extensive experience as per the below

 

  • Benefits Configurations for GCC Region & Experience in working on end-to-end SF Suite Implementations.
  • Time Tracking working experience is a must and exposure to work on the extensive Positive TM scenarios.
  • Knowledge on SAP HCM Payroll & EC Payroll w.r.t SF EC Implementation ( Should) have worked on the Hybrid Model Implementations)
  • Having a good working knowledge on LMS is an added advantage.
