Modules: Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Succession Planning , Compensation, Learning,Interfaces with SAP HCM, Reporting.
We are looking for skilled Certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our team. candidates should have hands-on experience in the above SuccessFactors modules, preferably with good experience in SAP implementation / Support projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements
2. Work on end-to-end project implementation, upgrades, and support
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize HR processes using SAP SF
4. Provide technical and functional expertise in SF modules like Employee Central, LMS, PMGM, etc.
5. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to enhance system performance
