Seeking an experienced SAP PP-QM Consultant with strong exposure to SAP implementation and support projects. The candidate should be proficient in Production Planning and Quality Management processes, with good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and quality control scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP PP (BOM, routings, MRP, production orders) and QM (inspection plans, lots, and notifications) modules.
- Manage integration between PP and QM, and other modules like MM and SD.
- Participate in project phases: requirement gathering, blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Define and implement inspection types for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for process enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day production and quality-related issues.
