Job Summary :Looking for an experienced SAP HR ABAP Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HCM technical development, customization, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop RICEF objects in SAP HR module
- Work on HR reports, ALV, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
- Handle enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, BAPIs, RFCs)
- Work with HR Infotypes, Payroll & Time Management
- Debugging, performance tuning & production support
- Coordinate with functional consultants for requirement gathering
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years SAP ABAP experience with HR/HCM
- Strong knowledge of PNP/PNPCE logical database
- Experience in ALV, BDC, Enhancements, Interfaces
- Good understanding of Payroll & Time schemas
- Strong analytical and communication skills
