Job Summary:Looking for an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)
- Handle end-to-end implementation & support projects
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specs
- Coordinate with ABAP team for technical developments
- Provide production support and user training
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of SAP HCM functional experience
- Strong knowledge in PA, OM, Time Management & Payroll
- Experience in configuration and testing
- Knowledge of statutory compliance (India preferred)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
