Job Summary :Seeking a junior SAP HCM Functional Consultant to support configuration, testing, and implementation activities in SAP HCM projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in SAP HCM configuration activities
- Support payroll & time management processes
- Prepare documentation and functional specs
- Support testing and user issue resolution
- Coordinate with technical team for developments
Required Skills:
- 0–2 years experience in SAP HCM
- Basic knowledge of PA, OM, Time or Payroll
- Understanding of HR business processes
- Strong analytical and learning skills
- Good communication skills
